At Bots&Berries, we prioritize transparency and aim to provide our customers with all the necessary information to make informed decisions before purchasing our products and services. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Non-Refundable Products and Services:

  • Access to the Bots&Berries Bot Library
  • Purchase of any trading or indicator bot (RBS, BBM OW, BBM TW, Alpine and Chart Minister) or the entire Bots&Berries Bundle
  • Any additional services or products provided through our platform

Why Are All Sales Final?

  1. Quick Access: Upon purchase, customers will receive access to digital products and services within a day. This delivery means the product cannot be returned.
  2. Intellectual Property: Our products consist of proprietary trading strategies and algorithms, which are considered intellectual property. Once accessed, they cannot be “un-accessed.”
  3. Extensive Pre-Purchase Information: We provide comprehensive information about our products and services, including detailed descriptions, previews, and, where applicable, sample content. This ensures that customers are fully aware of what they are purchasing.

In case of suspicious or fraudulent money deposits, including the use of stolen credit cards and/or any other fraudulent activity (including any refunds or payment cancellations), Bots&Berries has the right to request additional information about the client and/or the origin of funds and reserves the right to block the User’s Funds, cancel any payments and recover funds in case the User is unable to provide requested information/documents in full and/or submitted information/documents are invalid. We have the right to inform the relevant authorities and/or organizations (including credit information agencies) of any payment fraud or other illegal activities.
